The leadership team of EJ Hendley Consultants LLC includes retired superintendents, principals, school district executive administrators, classroom teachers, and university professors with decades of successful experience across all education platforms.

EJ Hendley Consultants LLC was founded in 2005 by Elleanor Jean Hendley, an Emmy Award-winning former CBS television network affiliate news education reporter, talk show producer/host, and director of public affairs. Hendley is also a former New Jersey public school teacher who created an award-winning after school dance program that won local and regional awards.

Girls Achieve® is the signature program of EJ Hendley Consultants LLC. It is a school day version of Teenshop, Inc., a nationally recognized positive development program for ‘girls with goals’® that Hendley created in 1985. More than four thousand girls have been enrolled in Teenshop's three chapters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and one in Los Angeles, California. More than one hundred and twenty five girls participate annually and while enrolled, no girl drops out of school or becomes a teen parent, and all graduates attend college or professional schools.
